Be a part of thrilling and memorable moments by joining the team seasonally at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park has a variety of positions available for individuals looking to work in the racing industry! We are looking for energetic people with great customer service skills to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment at America’s Great Race Place.

Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park offers a variety of opportunities with 501c3 organizations in exchange for guest service support during major events. Groups will work closely with our Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park event staff in a variety of roles, including but not limited to:

    • Parking Operations

    • Gate Checking & Ticket Scanning

    • Grandstand Ushering & Assistance

    • Hospitality Check-Ins

Through the season, we are looking for groups to assist with our larger-scale events, including:

    • Cleetus and Cars

    • Carb Night Classic

    • Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals

    • Hoosier Hundred

    • NASCAR/ARCA

    • Ultimate Callout Challenge

VOLUNTEER GROUPS FAQ'S

No. We typically reach out to your organization with a volunteer participant amount request and will proceed from there.

Yes. We ask that volunteers be no younger than 18 years of age.

All groups will check-in and check-out with our Ticketing Manager. Once all hours are calculated after the event, you can expect to receive a check in the mail 6-8 weeks following the event, provided all paperwork has been filled out and provided to Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
