Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway park has a variety of positions available for individuals looking to work in the racing industry! We are looking for energetic people with great customer service skills to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment at the race track.

Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park offers a variety of opportunities with 501c3 organizations in exchange for guest service support during major events. Groups will work closely with our Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park event staff in a variety of roles, including but not limited to:
- Parking Operations
- Gate Checking & Ticket Scanning
- Grandstand Ushering & Assistance
- Hospitality Check-Ins
We are specifically looking for groups to assist with our larger-scale events, including:
- Cleetus and Cars (May 13-14)
- Carb Night Classic (May 27)
- Ultimate Callout Challenge (June 3-5)
- Thursday Night Thunder (June 30)
- NASCAR/ARCA (July 29)
- Circle City 100 (July 30)
- Dodge Power Brokers NHRA U.S. Nationals (August 31-September 5)

Frequently Asked Questions for Not-for-Profit/Non-Profit Groups
Is there a minimum or limit on how many group members participate?
No. We typically reach out to your organization with a volunteer amount request and can go from there.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. We ask that volunteers be no younger than 18, however, volunteers can be as young as 16 with a minor waiver completed by the parent(s) or legal guardian of the volunteer. All groups must have an adult chaperon with any participating minors.
How and when do we receive our donation?
All groups will check-in and check-out with our Ticketing Coordinator and/or Ticketing Manager. Once all hours are calculated after the event, you can expect to receive a check in the mail 3-4 weeks following the event, provided all paperwork has been filled out and provided to Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
