LUCAS OIL INDIANAPOLIS RACEWAY PARK GATE POLICY

LUCAS OIL INDIANAPOLIS RACEWAY PARK PET POLICY

Due to the unique safety, noise, and operational considerations associated with motorsports events, pets are not permitted in spectator areas, grandstands, pit areas, restricted areas, or other event operations areas.

Pets may be permitted only within designated campground or RV areas, subject to the  requirements and restrictions below.

This Pet Policy does not apply to service animals trained to perform work or tasks for an individual with a disability. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.

Failure to comply with this Pet Policy may result in removal of the pet and/or the owner from the campground or venue, without refund, and may result in additional sanctions as determined by NHRA or the venue.

Pets are permitted only in designated campground or RV areas and are not allowed in grandstands, spectator viewing areas, pit or paddock areas, restricted zones, or other event or operational areas at any time.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and under the physical control of a responsible handler. Pets may not be left unattended or allowed to roam freely.

Pets must be well-behaved and must not pose a safety risk or nuisance to other guests. Pets that exhibit aggressive behavior, excessive barking, signs of distress, or that are otherwise disruptive may be required to be removed from the venue at the discretion of NHRA or venue personnel.

Due to high noise levels and other environmental conditions associated with motorsports events, pet owners are responsible for monitoring their pets’ well-being. NHRA and the venue reserve the right to require removal of any pet if continued presence poses a risk to the animal’s health or safety.

Pet owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of waste. Failure to do so may result in removal of the pet and/or owner from the venue.
