Gate Information
All spectator traffic for will use the Main Entrance (Crawfordsville Road/US Hwy 136) to enter on both days for Cleetus & Cars. Once you have entered the property, please follow parking signage and staff who will direct you to park.
Day of tickets will be available for purchase at the Main Gate only.
Lucas Oil IRP Facility Rules
In order to have a safe and unforgettable experience at America’s Great Race Place, please take a few moments to review our facility rules and gate policies prior to your arrival at Cleetus & Cars. In addition to our standard Gate Policies, for Cleetus and Cars livestreaming and/or upload of video content from the venue during the event is strictly prohibited. Violators of any Facility/Gate Policies will be asked to leave without a refund
All tickets and camping for Cleetus at Cars at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park including the Indy 800 Presented by Heatwave Visual and Cleetus and Cars Burnout Rivals are now on-sale to the general public. Ticket Prices are as follows:
Full Event tickets are $65 for Adults (13+) and $20 for Children (3-12). Children 2 and under are FREE!
Friday Tickets are $40 for Adults (13+) and $15 for Children (3-12). Children 2 and under are FREE!
Saturday Tickets are $30 for Adults (13+) and $10 for Children (3-12). Children 2 and under are FREE!
Don’t miss a moment of the Cleetus and Cars action by staying on-site for the event! Camping at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park will be open starting on Thursday, April 30th at 12pm and will close on Sunday, May 3rd at 12pm.
All camping at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park is primitive. Camping spots cannot be pre-selected and spot location is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Want to take your stab at running your “hot rod” down one of the most storied dragstrips in the world? Cleetus and Cars + Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park are excited to bring back limited fun-run passes for participants! Fun Runs are limited to just 80 participants and will take place on Saturday, May 2nd.
All entries are $60 and include Car + Driver Admission for Saturday, May 2nd ONLY! Each participant/driver will be permitted one (1) crew member to move onto the start line with them. To purchase your limited fun run pass, click here.
On Saturday, May 2nd, the fan favorite Cleetus and Cars Burnout Rivals will return with both a professional and open competition! Registration is now open for the professional and open competition portion of the event through Freedom Factory!
Entries are $100 and each ride is subject to approval from Freedom Factory before admittance into the event. Each entry includes a burnout vehicle, driver, and tow vehicle.
All Burnout Rival competitors must follow these rules: 1. Helmet required. 2. Neck Collar required. 3. Fire suit required- SFI 3.2A/5 minimum. ** 4. Seat belts/ harness required. 5. Recommend fire retardant shoe, gloves and head sock. Shoes must be closed toe. ** 6. Hot fluids must be contained under hood or provisions must be made to contain hot fluid/ steam. 7. Firewall must be complete and without holes into driver compartment. 8. Scatter-shields required on supercharged entries using clutch. Ballistic transmission protection is required. ** 9. Two bolts must be placed in the exhaust pipe in a cross pattern within one inch of each other as close to turbo as is practical. Must email for special exceptions. 10. Battery Disconnect Switch must be installed on all vehicles within easy reach for officials. 11. No hubcaps/ wheel trim or wheel weights permitted. 12. Wheels must be steel. 13. Hatches, tailgate, wings, etc. must have additional tether. 14. No Nitro Methane. 15. Burnout shall not begin until instructed by event official. 16. No standing burnouts, vehicle shall maintain movement. 17. Driver must stop immediately if instructed by event staff. 18. No passengers allowed in Open Class. Pro and Rivals Classes are allowed 1 passenger. The passenger must have all proper safety equipment just like the driver. 19. No externally mounted Nitrous bottles. 20. Battery must be secured. 21. Fireworks not permitted. 22. Any competitor or crew member aged 16-17 must have a parent, or a court appointed legal guardian, sign the event waiver on their behalf for restricted area access. 23. Burnouts will be judged and limited to two minutes! 24. Judging will be based upon- Instant smoke, constant smoke, volume of smoke, driving skill and use of entire skid pad. 25. Point deductions for wall contact resulting in damage or alteration to the pad layout. 26. Any vehicle backing up will result in an automatic disqualification. 27. Must pre-register and be approved to enter.
